Both en-suite rooms can be prepared as either a double or a twin room

Our two non-smoking, non-vaping rooms are carefully curated for your comfort and ultimate relaxation.

THE TERRACE ROOM

With its own terrace and access directly onto the courtyard it also benefits from a large ensuite bathroom complete with twin sinks and its own bath double ended bath and you even have your own relaxation area in our library.

Additional important information

  • Our minimum stay is two nights.

  • 10% discount for three or four consecutive nights, when booking directly with us or on our own website.

  • 15% discount for five or more consecutive nights when booking directly with us or on our own website.

  • Check-in anytime from 4.30pm to 9pm and check out by 11:15am, please call us if you need access outside these times.

  • Our Hypnos beds are zip & link superking sized and have the facility to divide into twin beds if preferred.

  • Breakfast is served from 8:30am to 10:15am.

  • Inform us of any allergies, food related or otherwise at time of booking.  Please note Underhill Barn has a resident cat.

  • We use 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and Hungarian goose down duvets and pillows.

  • House rules:

    • We are a non-smoking and non-vaping house.

    • We don’t take children under 16 or any pets.

    • Please bag any sanitary waste apart from human waste and toilet paper as we run our own sewage system.
